PurrPotion (v 1.0)

PurrPotion will play a sound and display an onscreen warning when your character's mana bar gets to below 60%.

This is meant to remind you to use potions early on in fights rather then when you're out of mana.

ORLIC (1.0.6)

A raid add-on that borrows heavily on WoW's "need/greed" window system to communicate loot interests in raid. Loot officers receive a window displaying raid choices. Not everyone must install, as sending a properly formatted whisper will count as communicating loot interest for the lazy mod-hating raider. I

This mod DOES NOT invasively judge or determine the winners, but it will communicate them. It was made this way on purpose to support the diverse range of custom loot distribution systems in Burning Crusade and Beyond, thus leaving winner determination open-ended. You don't EVEN want me to start writing about how many there are.

Features

* Windows showing tell queues for item interest, seen by loot officer(s).
* "Need/Greed" styled custom windows. Can have 3 or 2 choices.
* Customizable frame sizes, timers, distributors, and more
* Displays guild rank of people who send in tells for easy reference.
* Install-base independent (a few in the raid without the mod won't "cramp your style"). This is good for real-world deployment.
* Interface for rapid delegation to loot officer(s).
* Easy to use, tool-tip driven menu interface.
* FuBar compatible.
* Exportable loot interest strings (so you can paste a list of names of who bid on an item to officer chat, or wherever you may dream of)

Secondary interest

This is an optional configuration choice, and it is off by default. For many guilds, this will be turned off. With it off the mod uses a choice type of "You either want the item, or you don't."

The secondary option can mean ANYTHING you want it to. As an example, I'll explain one way we use it. In Occam's Razor, we use Two DKP pools. We named them "Primary" and "Secondary." The user may choose which DKP they want to pay for the item with, so that is what selecting "Secondary" means for us. We have a complicated list of rules and procedures about how each person may spend in each pool that is charted out in a deadly maze on our burgeoning website. All I have to say is, hybrid classes and a strange warlock named "Lias" was responsible for this mess.

Anyway, allowing members to communicate the desire to pay for loot out of the Secondary DKP pool is one of the features of this mod, but it is disabled by default because most guilds don't use two dkp pools. We turn it on for our own use, but it may be valueable to you or your guild. Only the raid leader has to turn it on. The setting is communicated to the other ORLIC clients using add-on chat.

If your guild's loot system involves allowing people to express a desire other than, "I want it or I don't" - then you can use Secondary as a way to allow your members to say "I want Door #3", which is defined however you or your guild wants to.

Background/History (Zzzzz)

Our guild Occams Razor of Nathrezim has a unique loot system. As we looked around on the internet at other guilds' loot systems, we saw a lot of different things. A LOT of different things.

When deciding to write this mod, I realized its usefulness will not be as a loot or DKP determination mechanism (there seems to be enough of those around anyway), but as a loot communication mechanism. They are words that just sort of roll off the tongue, but say them carefully: determination. communication. They're different.

For a starting place, I originally borrowed from WoW's "Need/Greed" windows, but just using them "as is" has the finality of actually TAKING loot when pressing these buttons. Rather, I wanted to communicate each person's loot interest (whether they want it or they're not interested, or the "secondary" option ) to a designated individual (for most guilds, this is the raid leader but doesn't have to be) who is authorized with the "right" of determining who wins the item. This can also be more than one person, as in cases where multiple people are doing tells for different items. It is up to the "tell-taker", if you will, to determine the loot winner and follow whatever system a guild uses to determine loot.

The "tell-taker" though will see a nice pretty list in a GUI window of who took interest in the item, and what level of interest taken. It then presents them with the ability to type in the winner, and it will announce it in the raid channel. They can also declare no interest in the item, so that it can be sharded or left to rot or whatever. Delegation of which item goes to which tell-taker is fairly non-trivial.

All this mod does is to communicate who is interested, and what the level of their interest is, to the right persons.

MapNotesIconLib (v1.01.20400)

MapNotesIconLib
_______________

v1.01.20400

Provides a much larger set of Icons to use for MapNotes (Fan's Update).

http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/fileinfo.php?id=5537

MapNotesIconLib comes with 76 new core icons, mainly sourced from the Game itself.

Packaged with the library are 3 other Plugin libraries :
Fancy - some fancy icons modified from source graphics at from http://www.freebuttons.com
Numbered - a variety of numbered icons (again, some modified versions of http://www.freebuttons.com)
Neptunia - the Icons originally donated by Neptunia

With MapNotesIconLib installed, Icon choices are applied immediately when selected without having to save the Note.

Getting Started
_______________

Open up a Note Edit Frame via MapNotes menus, or <Ctrl><Alt>-Right clicking on a MapNote.

There is a new empty blue highlighted button to the right of the normal MapNote Icons.
Click on this square to open up the Icon Library Browser frame and choose a new Icon for this MapNote
<Alt>-Click on this square to delete the custom Icon choice, and MapNotes will revert to using the default Icon it was using originally.

The change will take effect immediately without having to save the note.

Advanced Use
____________

1.) You can change the original 10 default icons used by MapNotes

Open up a Note Edit Frame via MapNotes menus, or <Ctrl><Alt>-Right clicking on a MapNote.
<Ctrl>-Click on any of the default MapNote Icons to open up the Icon Library Browser frame and choose a new default icon
<Alt>-Click on any of the default MapNote Icons to reset it to the original MapNotes version.

The changes will take effect immediately, and will propagate thoughout the database and change all MapNotes that were using that default Icon.

2.) The Icon Library Options frame

Use the "/mnil" slash command to open the Icon Library Options frame
From the Options frame you can :

a.) Change the default Party / tloc Icons by clicking on them and choosing new ones from the Icon Library Browser frame
b.) Simply open the Icon Library Broswer frame just to look through the Icons available
c.) Reset ALL MapNotes to use the original MapNotes defaults, and remove ALL customised Icons
d.) This Option will "clean" the MapNotes database, by removing any references to icons that you no longer explicitly load.

e.) Cancel and close the Options frame

NOTE that to "Reset" or "Clean" the Icons requires clicking Okay in a Confirmation dialogue box.
So if you don't see the confirmation box, then close the World Map and move frames around until it is visible

Known issues:
- Fubar support temporarily disabled, will come back soon.

Recent changes:
- the addon now uses ace3 libraries instead of ace2
- most frames now have column headers, information tables can now be sorted (including search results)
- added support for pets & mounts
- added support for achievements (known issue with feats of strength, but other achievements are ok / No stats yet, will come soon).
- a lot of bugs have been fixed.

How you can help:
- find bugs ! I know I left some, I'm sure .. :)
- help with localization if you can (esES doesn't exist yet, and deDE needs some love).

Guild ReRank allows a Guild Leader (or Officer with permissions) to quickly move all guild members up or down ranks.

I wrote this for GLs who want to add a new rank or remove an old rank, but don't want to have to manually adjust the rank of each and every member.

This add-on can be easily localized, but I would need someone to translate for me. Currently supported localizations:
- German

To open Guild ReRank, use /grr or /guildrerank.

Dependency on Chronos, which is included.

Chat Watch (3.0)

A Wrath beta version.

This addon will play a sound (your choice) when a channel (your choice) gets a new message, i.e. never miss a guild message, or party, or raid, or even general channel message. The sound files are kept in the same directory as the addon, and if you wish more choices, make sure to restart WoW to allow it to find them.

Chat Watch was written waaaaay back near the beginning of WoW's release. I have no idea who the original author was, but I have used this through many years of playing. Now, with Wrath, some changes needed to be made -- so I made them. Others that might've been reliant on this addon will still be able to use it.
